We use certified Gluten-Free ingredients. This bread is free from dairy, eggs, nuts and soy; baked with organic whole grains ingredients.

Kira's Bread is shelf stable for 3-4 days and can be frozen for 2-3 months. Please do not refrigerate. 

Bread is shipped fresh overnight (East Coast) or 2-day (Central & West Coast).
