Who Are We?
Kira’s Gluten Free started in the summer of 2023 in Amagansett, New York, where Kira introduced her cookies at local farmers’ markets in East Hampton. They quickly gained a following and began appearing in shops across the Hamptons.
From the beginning, the focus has been on creating everyday gluten free baked goods without unnecessary ingredients or ultra processed shortcuts. Today, Kira’s Gluten Free offers a growing lineup of thoughtfully made cookies, breads, and muffins, all made with clean, simple ingredients and a commitment to real flavor.
What Ingredients Do You Use?
We take pride in using high quality, thoughtfully chosen ingredients in everything we bake. Our products are always organic, gluten free, soy free, and dairy free. Most of our baked goods are also nut free, and we never use corn syrup, artificial or “natural” flavors, or sugar substitutes.
We sweeten our products with organic cane sugar or coconut sugar, and in some recipes, maple syrup.
Do you ship baked goods?
We ship to all 50 states.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 7 business days.
We’re a small team, but we do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible. If you need your order sooner, or if you’d like us to hold it until you return to your shipping address, you can leave a note in the Special Instructions box at the bottom of your cart before checkout. Are your baked goods organic?
We use organic ingredients whenever possible. 95% of our recipes are organic.
How should I store my order and how long do your products last?
All of our products are baked fresh, and shelf life varies by item. For the most accurate guidance, always refer to the individual product page. Here’s a general guide:
Breads (Seeded Bread and Seed Free Artisan Loaf)
• Can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 days
• Can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
• Can be frozen for 1 to 2 months
Cookies
• Best enjoyed as soon as possible for peak freshness
• Can be kept on the counter for 3 to 4 days
• Freeze well for longer storage
S'mores in a Cup
• Shelf stable for 3 to 4 days
• Can be frozen and reheated at 350°F for about 7 minutes
Ice Cream Sandwiches
• Keep frozen
• Best within up to 5 months
Are Your Products Made in a Certified Gluten Free Facility?
No. While all of our products are made with gluten free certified ingredients and we take care in our baking process, we are not a certified gluten free facility.
Are Your Products Kosher?
Our products are not currently kosher certified. We are actively working toward kosher certification.
