After being diagnosed with multiple food allergies at 18, Kira embarked on a journey to find the most delicious gluten, dairy, and soy free treat but had very little success. Years of recipe testing led Kira to launch a completely organic gluten, dairy and soy free bakery using mostly organic ingredients.
