Each sandwich is crafted in small batches for the perfect balance of soft, chewy cookie and creamy vanilla ice cream in every bite.

Classic vanilla ice cream, perfectly paired with our cookies for a nostalgic, crowd favorite treat.

Cookie Ingredients:
Organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, tapioca flour, organic millet flour, organic sugar, organic vegan chocolate chips, organic eggs, Monty’s plant based oat butter.

Filling:
Vanilla ice cream, your choice of dairy or dairy free oat based.
